introduction 2,4, 5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate (TAHMS) is an important intermediate for the synthesis of broad-spectrum antiviral acivilol (acyclovir) and antianemia folic acid (folicacid). As acyclovir is an anti-herpes drug with high efficiency and low toxicity, it has a broad market prospect and has attracted extensive attention from various pharmaceutical circles.
Uses 2,4, 5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate can be used in organic synthesis of compounds.
2,4, 5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate is mainly used in pharmaceutical intermediates.
application 2,4, 5-triamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate is an intermediate in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical research and development. it can be used in the process of laboratory organic synthesis and chemical pharmaceutical synthesis, and is mainly used to produce folic acid and purine.
preparation 3.875g(0.016mol) of 2,4-diamino -5-nitroso -6-hydroxypyrimidine with 36% water content is put into 200ml of stirred high-pressure reactor, 0.02g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is put into, 80ml of deionized water is added, stirred and dispersed to form suspension, then 0.3164g of palladium-carbon with a solid content of 34.29% (the mass ratio of palladium to carbon is 5: 95) is added, the temperature is raised to 40 ℃ under N2 protection, H2 is introduced, the H2 pressure is controlled to 2MPa, and the reaction ends after 5h. Add 2mol · l-1 hydrochloric acid solution dropwise to the reaction solution to adjust the pH value to 3-4, stir fully, and filter and separate. The filtrate is adjusted to pH between 1-2 with 2mol · l-1 sulfuric acid solution, let stand for 30min, cool and crystallize, and filter after the product 2,4,5-triamino -6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate is completely precipitated, and the filter cake is white crystal. After drying, the finished product 2,4,5-triamino -6-hydroxypyrimidine sulfate is 3.76g, and the purity is 98.3%.
